The Fitzroy Valley Breaking the Cycle Program supports young people and families through culturally informed early intervention activities.
The program aims to respond to the underlying factors that place young people at risk. The project includes referral pathways, family engagement and child-safe program delivery, with a focus on supporting young people through culturally safe activities and community-based care.
